Appointment Policies
Home Service: For your convenience, we provide home service DMV locations at an additional charge of $150 Booking & Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $60 is required to secure all appointments (Zelle to 667-438-2444) This deposit will be applied toward your final service total….once deposit has been made, kindly notify us with your name. Remaining balances are due at the beginning of the appointment. Appointments without deposits will be cancelled. Once your deposit has been made, kindly inform us. (full address will be provided then.) Arrive with your hair braided straight to the back for closure & frontal install. If not, a $30 fee will be added to your total. For all other service including Frontal ponytails come with your hair clean, detangled, and product-free. Please note: Photos and videos will be taken during your appointment and Posted on our social media platforms. We recommend arriving prepared. If you are not comfortable with this, kindly inform us upon arrival.
ToriLuxe Hair
We offer Virgin Hair for clients seeking an affordable option, as well as premium Raw Hair. All in Bundles, wigs, frontals, and closures. Lace are available in HD and Transparents.
IF PURCHASING A WIG FROM US:
• Clients must specify their preference for Virgin Hair or Raw Hair at the time of ordering.
• Indicate the desired length and texture. Please note that Raw hair only comes in wavy or straight textures.
• Mention any additional requests, such as color, style (Middle part or side part).
• Please note that pricing will only be provided once these details are confirmed.
• A photo reference of desired style, texture & color can also be submitted.
For wig purchases & customization, please allow 7–10 business days to get it ready.
Hair & Wigs Drop-Offs: All Hair must be dropped off 48–72 hours before your appointment, cleaned, dry, and in good conditions. Label it with your name, phone number, and service type (e.g., Closure Install, Frontal Install, Wig Spa) on a note or tag securely attached.
DROP- OFF TIME: Between the hours of 10AM ~ 5PM.
Please note that we are closed on Sunday.
Failure to meet the drop-off requirements will result in a $30 fee when you arrive for your
appointment. Kindly send us a text (667) 438-2444 ahead of time.
Late Policy: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, a $30 late fee will be applied.
No-Show / Cancellation Policy: No-shows will result in a 100% service charge and will not be allowed to book in the future. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties. Same-day cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit and a 50% service fee, which must be paid before rebooking.
Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled once using your original deposit with at least 24 hours’ noticed. Any changes made after the 24 hour window will require a new deposit.
Guest Policy: No extra guests or children in case of emergency, kindly let me know if you’re coming with a guest

Event & photo shoot Service price / policy.
Price: $500 includes installation, our luxe detailed hairline & styling.
On-Site Hair Restyling Fee $200 per look.
$60 per hour for the remainder of time spent on site.
Transportation costs are not included in service prices. Clients may arrange their own
transportation or request that we arrange it, with the receipt provided for reimbursement.
Hair is not included in this prices. If you would like to purchase hair from us, kindly indicate this
when booking.
Clients not purchasing hair from us are required to drop off their hair at least 2 weeks prior to their appointment, between the hours of 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Please note that we are closed Sundays.
We recommend purchasing HD raw wavy Hair.
If you have a specific hairstyle in mind, please provide a reference photo. If you would like us to select the style, kindly share details about your outfit for the day or provide a photo of it.
Please note: Photos and videos will be taken and posted on our social media platforms. If you
are not comfortable with this, kindly inform us.
When booking this service, please provide the following:

• Any other important details we should know
• Do you have any allergies or sensitivities to products (gel, spray, adhesives) If so kindly let us know before booking.
